15 Minute Weight Lifting HIIT Workout...Full Body Toning!
Mar 28, 2019
Quick & Effective Full Body Toning!
So recently I have been incorporating weight lifting into my HIIT workouts and absolutely love them! When I share them with my ladies there seems to be a similar reaction!
In my opinion, this is a fantastic way to burn fat and tone muscle all at the same time. And the workouts don't have to be very long...15 - 30 minutes is plenty because the intensity is high and you are really working hard for that short period of time.
It doesn't matter whether you are brand new to working out or have some experience and just need to change it up a bit. This workout is perfect for you as a busy working woman!

So here's how it works...
Try your best to do each full round with taking a break but listen to your body
The lower intensity exercise is your "active rest"
Take a 2-3 minute break between each round or longer if needed
Give this awesome full body HIIT workout a shot this week! I'm telling you it really kicked my butt and I will be doing it again soon.
Like I said before, I have been LOVING this style of workout recently and my 1 on 1 coaching clients have too!
That's I really love this style of workout when I am creating custom workouts for me 1 on 1 coaching clients!
