Let the Tasty Spring Recipes Begin!

I love this time of year and love to make tasty healing recipes with beautiful colorful foods! This one is a delicious gut healing fruit smoothie that I made the other day and I just had to share with you.
 
As you know, I am all about filling the body with AMAZING whole foods that provide you with all the nutrients and energy that you need!
 
This incredible spring weight loss smoothie bowl also has some powerhouse superfoods and is perfect for any meal of the day! I use it for breakfast sometimes, a quick lunch, or even a post workout meal to replenish and fuel those muscles!

So let's get right to it so you can make one for yourself...

Ingredients:

  • Kiwi
  • Papaya
  • Pitaya (Dragonfruit)
  • Watermelon
  • Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
  • Chia Seeds
  • Spirulina

Instructions:

There's really only one way to do this...chop everything up and throw it in the blender! I swirled in my spriulina and chia seeds after just to make it look pretty but you don't have to.
 
With these recipes I want you to remember the ultimate goal! And that is to help you live a LONG and SUCCESSFUL healthy lifestyle. Not give you recipes to follow and expect you to never eat anything bad ever again in your life!
 
There's going to be times when you eat to many cookies or drink too many margaritas and that's ok! But realize how important it is to be fueling your body with amazing beneficial foods like the ones in this gut healing weight loss smoothie recipe.
 
The recipes I post are simply things that I enjoy myself as I heal my own body and become the healthiest that I possibly can!
