Quick and Healthy Caramel Apple Pumpkin Oats!

ALL THE FALL in a bowl of delicious oats incredible ingredients that will give you energy all day and help with digestion!

I’ve been dreaming up this bowl of oats and finally made them today. YOU WILL LOVE THEM!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 organic gala apple
  • 1 tsp organic coconut sugar
  • 4 organic dates
  • 1/4 cup organic pumpkin from a can
  • 1 tsp organic cinnamon
  • 2 tsp organic coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Heat coconut milk in pot on the stove
  2. Add oats and pumpkin and cook for 10 minutes
  3. Chop apple into small pieces then cook in a pan with coconut oil and cinnamon for 5 minutes
  4. Mix the oats and apples and chopped dates in a bowl
  5. Add coconut sugar and honey to make it extra tasty
