One of the simplest healthy tips to live by is to eat more whole foods instead of processed foods. This is exactly what this quick and easy buddha bowl recipe below provides you.

Quick & Easy Plant Based Buddha Bowl

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 1/3 red onion
  • 1/2 sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup roasted chick peas
  • 2 tbsp guac
    • 2 avocados
    • 1/2 red onion
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • sprinkle of cayenne pepper til desired heat
    • sprinkle of pink Himalayan sea salt


  1. Chop sweet potatoes into small cubes & put them on sheet pan.
  2. Drain chick peas out of can and put them on other side of sheet pan.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and enjoy!
