Protein Packed Chili Recipe for the Whole Family!

I don't know about you, but I LOVE chili! The only problem is that most chili isn't very healthy and is loaded with processed ingredients. 

So I decided to swap those unhealthy ingredients for healthier options that are filled with beneficial nutrients.

And it's also packed with protein from the organic beef and beans that I added. My family couldn't get enough so give it a shot!

Ingredients

  • 16oz. of organic grass fed beef
  • 1 can organic kidney beans
  • 1 can organic black beans
  • 10oz. package of shredded carrots
  • 6oz. package of green onion
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 organic red bell pepper
  • 1 organic orange bell pepper
  • 1 can of organic diced tomatoes
  • 1 can of organic tomato paste
  • 4 cups of organic vegetable broth
  • 3 avocados

Instructions

  1. Cook the organic grass fed beef in skillet on low-medium with 1 whole onion.
  2. While that is cooking, add the vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, and the tomato paste into a large pot.
  3. While these are cooking, chop all the vegetables except avocado into tiny pieces and add to the large pot.
  4. When the beef is cooked all the way through, add the beef, onions, and beans into the pot and simmer on low for 15 minutes.
  5. Add slices of avocado on top of each bowl.
  6. ENJOY!
