They are full of vitamins, anti-oxidants, minerals, plant fiber to help the good guys in your gut thrive! This one in particular is packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients such as turmeric and ginger. Inflammation can be that weight you are holding on too, pain you are feeling, bloating and more.

  • 2 juiced oranges
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 tsp of ground ginger

  • 1 cup mango
  • 1/3 cup cashew milk
  • 2 dates
