Burn Belly Fat & Tone Abs without Crunches!
I got an awesome workout for ya today! And there's no excuse that you're too busy because it will only take you 15 minutes to do the short version!
This medicine ball ab workout can either be used for a stand alone workout or you can add it to the end of a cardio session or arm workout. Either way, it's just as effective.
I hate doing boring old crunches just as much as the next girl so I like to switch things up and keep it interesting. I grabbed a medicine ball in the gym the other day and got after it and I came up with an awesome ab toning and belly fat burning workout!
15 Minute Ab Toning Workout with Medicine Ball!
You will be able to run through all the exercises below 2-3 times within 15 minutes.
This is a circuit style workout which means I want you to do your best to perform the exercises back to back to back with minimal breaks in between. Then you will take a 2-3 minute break after each round.
And do this for as many rounds as you are comfortable and how much time you have available! Either as a stand alone workout or as a post workout ab blaster!

Medicine Ball Toe Touches / 8 reps
Medicine Ball Russian Twists / 10 reps
Medicine Ball V Ups / 10 reps
Cross Body Wood Chops / 5 reps each side
One Leg Extension Alt.Crunch / 10 reps
Wall Sit Turns / 10 reps
Medicine Ball Plank Knee to Chest / 10 reps
Crunch & Throw / 8 reps
As always my friend, do these exercises to the best of your ability! Have fun, be safe, and try your hardest because as long as you are moving your body, you are making progress so keep that in mind!
