5 weeks ago, I had breast explant surgery (breast implant removal). I wasn't allowed to workout for 4 weeks. It crushed me, because working out is my passion! But, I had to listen to my body and to my surgeon.

As soon as I was allowed to workout at the 4 week mark, you better believe I crushed this body weight leg workout (seriously couldn't walk for 4 days). This is the exact workout I rocked as soon as I could! Now, it's your turn!

HIIT Workout Format

Run through the following leg exercises for 3-4 rounds for a killer fat burning leg and booty workout!

Curtsy lunge / 30 seconds
March in place / 30 seconds
Sumo squat / 30 seconds
March in place / 30 seconds
Narrow squat to wide squat / 30 seconds
March in place / 30 seconds
Lateral leg raises / 30 seconds
March in place  / 30 seconds
Rear lunge to front kick / 30 seconds
March in place / 30 seconds
Table top leg lift / 30 seconds
March in place / 30 seconds
That's it! Your workouts don't need to be complicated to be effective! Just get your body movin girl!
