Sheet Spray: Here is what you need...
Glass spray bottle
1 oz filtered water
1 oz witch hazel
20 drops of lavender
- Combine ingredients into glass bottle and spray on pillow cases and sheets before bed!
Lavender roller: Here is what you need...
- Combine all ingredients in roller bottle. You can rub on your feet, wrists, or behind your ears before bed!
- Fill your diffuser with filtered water and put about 6-10 drops of lavender in the water. I like to turn mine on a little bit before falling asleep and keep my diffuser on my bed stand.
