This Elixir Will Help You Stop Drinking Soda!

That's right! If you're addicted to soda or other sugary drinks, this lemon and strawberry elixir is going to help you break that addiction and kick that belly bloating to the curb!
 
The ingredients in this tasty drink are also great for...
  • healing skin issues like eczema and acne
  • increasing energy levels and fighting fatigue
  • balancing hormones
  • kick starting weight loss
Just like anything else in your health and fitness journey, the hardest part is actually taking the time to make this tasty drink! Once it's made then it's easy to make yourself drink it so just take the time to do it girl!
 
It's only gonna take like 10 minutes. So here's what you need to know...

Ingredients:

  • Lemon balm tea
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup organic strawberries
  • 2 tsp. raw honey
  • 2 cups filtered water

Instructions:

  • Boil water with lemon balm tea leaves in a tea pot.
  • Once boiling, turn off heat.
  • Add lemon juice, honey, and strawberries.
  • Let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy hot or iced!
I like to make a large batch of this and leave it in the fridge so I have it all week.
