Today you’re going to see a healthy, delicious, dairy-free, gluten-free, refined sugar free, pumpkin spice ice cream recipe that is to die for!!!

I absolutely love anything that has to do with pumpkin spice this time of year and this recipe is perfect for helping me satisfy those cravings! Are you ready for this?

Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 can organic pumpkin 
  • 4 medium bananas
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 4 dates
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk
  • 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon

If you're not familiar with dates, THEY ARE AMAZING! I had to get that out of the way first because they are my favorite sweet treat.

Instructions

This one is SUPER easy girl! All you gotta do is...

  • Throw all the above ingredients in your blender
  • Blend until you have a nice thick smoothie consistency
  • Pour this mixture into bowl or baking pan and freeze overnight

That's it!!!
