Healthy Pizza Recipe with Cauliflower Crust!

This time I made a gluten free and dairy free pizza on cauliflower crust and it sure was delicious!

Learning to make healthy swaps for the not so healthy things that you love to eat is an absolute GAME CHANGER! It makes being consistent with healthy eating habits so much easier and enjoyable. Because you still get to enjoy your favorite foods only healthier versions of them that give you lots of energy and make you feel amazing!

Now let's get to that healthy and still tasty cauliflower crust pizza recipe!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Organic Tomato Sauce
  • Garlic
  • Raw Organic Honey
  • Organic Mushrooms
  • Red Onion
  • Organic Spinach
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Organic Garlic Powder
  • Vegan Cheese
  • Basil

Directions

Cauliflower Pizza Crust:

  1. Chop your 1 head of cauliflower
  2. Blend the cauliflower along with 1 tbsp. EVOO and 3 leaves of basil.
  3. After blending, drop it on a pizza pan and form it into a circle or whatever shape you'd like your pizza to be.

Pizza Sauce:

  1. Mix in a bowl, 1/2 can of organic tomato sauce with 1 clove of chopped garlic, 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder, 1 tbsp of honey, and 1 tsp of salt.

Pizza:

  1. Spread the sauce and a little bit of vegan cheese onto your cauliflower crust.
  2. Add as many veggies as your little heart desires.
  3. Bake at 375-400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the crust starts getting crispy around the edges.
  4. Enjoy!

That's all there is to it! No more excuse that eating healthy is boring or healthy food is gross because you're about to have PIZZA!
