Love Me Some Chocolate!

This easy to make chocolate cake has been a hit at my friends dinner parties lately! It is so simple with minimal ingredients and healthier ingredients than your normal chocolate cake. Even if your friends or family aren't into healthy eating, they will love this! This will only take you about 10 minutes to make. I got this recipe from One Lovely Life and just made a couple changes to it and used different brands of ingredients!

  • 1 3/4 cup oat flour (to make oat flour I just put dry quick oats in the blender!)
  • 2/3 cup cacao powder Navita Organics
  • 1/3 cup organic maple syrup (I found this coffee infused maple syrup at Marshalls and it was amazing🙌🏻)
  • 2 tbsp organic coconut oil
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • 1 tbsp of organic coconut sugar

  • 1/3 cup organic maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (I used a can of organic coconut milk)
  • 2/3 cup cacao powder
  • sprinkle of salt

  • 1-2 cups of organic strawberries & blueberries

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Once that is mixed, add all the wet ingredients and continue mixing.
  2. Transfer the mixed crust into a pie pan and spread evenly.
  3. Put in the fridge while getting the filling ready!

  1. In a large mixing bowl add all of the ingredients and mix until there is no lumps.
  2. With a spatula pour the filling into the pie pan and spread evenly.
  3. Chop up the strawberries and spread them and the blueberries all over the top.
  4. Put into the fridge until ready to serve!
