Healthy Thanksgiving Stuffing!
This healthy holiday side dish is dairy free, gluten free, egg free, soy free, canola oil free and you'd never know it's healthy because it tastes so great! Make sure you pin this recipe so you have it handy on the big day.
***Healthy Holiday Hack: I ALWAYS bring at least one dish with me on the holidays that I made so that I know all the ingredients are healthy and nourishing.
It brings me peace of mind knowing that I can fill up on something nourishing that I made and sample a little taste of some of the other food.
That way I know I won’t feel sick or bloated and I truly get to enjoy the holidays!

HEALTHY THANKSGIVING STUFFING RECIPE
This recipe feeds about 4 - 6 people.
- 1 small onion
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/3 cup of Miyokos vegan butter
- 6 cups of bread cubes ( Food for Life Baking brown rice bread)
- 1 - 2 cups vegetables broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Chop ingredients; onion, celery, garlic, rosemary and bread into cubes.
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add onion, celery, rosemary and seasonings.
- Cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
- Combine bread cubes and butter in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour vegetable broth in bowl over ingredients. (Make cubes moist but not soggy)
- Place in serving dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.
