4th of July Snacks for All!

The 4th of July is right around the corner and you think of ALL the amazing dishes that will be there BUT you know you will feel like crap after...
 
Two of the biggest fourth of July indulgences include gluten and dairy which are the biggest culprits of digestive issues (and making you feel awful and inflamed the next day).
 
You might be saying “but I can't give up cheese!” “I can't give up bread!” Don’t you worry sister, YOU DON’T HAVE TO!πŸ‘πŸ»
 
There is a healthier version of everything you love! This appetizer used to be a classic for making me feel absolutely SICK to my stomach - not anymore!
 
Enjoy this dairy free gluten free cheese and crackers platter without the stomach ache! And enjoy it with a side of fruit of course!πŸ“

I want to be clear though. Most gluten free and dairy free products are full of toxic ingredients that cause even MORE digestive issues. Just because it says dairy free or gluten free doesn't mean its healthy.
 
For the cheese and crackers I used in this appetizer are the “cleanest” dairy free and gluten free alternatives I have found yet.

πŸ§€DAIRY FREE CHEESE:

For the cheese I used two vegan cheeses from the brand VioLife. I chose their feta cheese and epic mature cheddar block.

🍞CRACKERS:

For the crackers I chose two Simple Mills crackers. I picked the Almond Flour Rosemary & Sea Salt as well as the Sprouted Seed Garlic and Sea Salt.

I added organic strawberries and blueberries on the side!
