Gut Health Recipe: Chia Seed Parfait!

Healthy Parfaits All Day!
Here's a little trick that will come in handy if you are looking to have long term success in your healthy lifestyle! That is to be equipped with recipes for simple nourishing meals that are convenient!
That is exactly what a chia seed parfait is. It's an easy, whole food nourishing meal that can be kept in the fridge and easy to eat when you are on the go and need to grab something quick!
Preparing these are easy as well because they don't have many ingredients. Here is what you need...

- 1/2 cup berries
- 1/2 cup of mango (or any other fruit you love!)
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew/almond/or coconut milk
- 1/2 smashed banana
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp raw organic honey or maple syrup
These are all gut loving ingredients which also strengthen your immune system!
- Smash banana in the bottom of a container. I love to use mason jars.
- Mix in chia seeds, dairy free milk, and honey or maple syrup.
- Add fresh or frozen chopped fruit on top!

You can meal prep these easily! Make 4-5 mason jars full of this and whenever you want one, they will be all ready in the fridge for you!
