Banana Chocolate Chip Superfood Maca Muffins!

Makes 12 muffins.
  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 smashed banana
  • 1/2 dairy free chocolate bar
  • coconut milk (add if needed until muffin batter texture)
  • Baking soda (no aluminum)


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Add all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients to bowl and mix until combined. If needed add coconut milk until muffin batter consistency.
  4. Add batter to muffin pan and bake for about 15 minutes.


That's all there is to it!
