It's Fall Y'all!
All things fall have already started in my house, are you one of those people too?!
Fall has a special place in my heart. Fall is the season my husband and I got engaged & married. To say we LOVE fall is an understatement.
SO let’s start with these pumpkin fall recipes early obviously because so many of us love this season but also…
Fall foods are so nutritious for our bodies!
🎃Pumpkin benefits: Contains immune boosting properties, helps aid in weight loss, PACKED with vitamins such as b-vitamins, A,C,E, and beta-carotene.
🍂Cinnamon benefits: Cinnamon has been used for thousands of years for it’s healing properties! Loaded with antioxidants, great for the gut, helps regulate blood sugar, helps reduce inflammation.
🍎Apple benefits: Apples are great detoxifiers, have immune boosting and anti-inflammatory properties, and great for the digestive tract!

🍂1/3 cup pumpkin puree
🍂1/2 cup of nut milk (I love coconut)
🍂1/3 cup oats (blended or oat flour)
🍂1 medium apple
🍂Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice (as much as you want!)
🍂a couple ice cubes
1. If you don’t have oat flour, make your own by blending the oats!
2. Then blend all ingredients together until smoothie consistency!
3. Enjoy ALLL the fall flavors and nutrients!
