If you haven't figured it out already, I am all about quick, effective, bad ass workouts! That's why this abs and cardio workout is perfect for me and for other busy working ladies that are always on the go.

Killer Abs and Cardio Workout!

  • 2-3 rounds
  • Try your best to do each full round with taking a break but listen to your body
  • Take a 2-3 minute break between each round or longer if needed

Overhead to Toe Touch / 10 reps
Air Jump Rope / 30 seconds
Elbow to Knee Oblique Crunch / 10 reps each side
Power Jacks / 30 seconds
Knee to Chest Standing Crunch / 10 reps each side
Swimmers / 30 seconds
Dumbbell Russian Twists / 15 reps
Mountain Climbers Knee to Opposite Elbow / 30 seconds
