6 Ingredient Healthy Pumpkin Pancake Recipe!

This is the perfect healthy pancake recipe for the whole family! These babies are gluten free, dairy free, and egg free.

There are many reasons people eliminate these foods for their diet. I stay away from these foods because the research I've done says that eggs, dairy, and gluten can feed the bacteria that causes acne. Since eliminating eggs (because I haven’t eaten dairy or gluten in years) my face began to clear up!

People may also try to take these foods out to see if they are the cause of their bloating and digestive issues!

Either way with this recipe you don’t have to worry about any of those ingredients.

Because there is ALWAYS a healthy version for the foods you love that might not agree with your body!

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin from a can
  • 1/2 cup organic brown rice flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • cinnamon
  • organic raw honey


  1. Blend all the ingredients in your blender (I use a Ninja)
  2. Cook your pancakes a few minutes on each side until golden brown
  3. Plate then sprinkle some cinnamon and drizzle honey
  4. ENJOY!
