I know you're busy girl! And finding time to workout to tough, but I got you!

I love my quick and effective workouts and my clients do too so I thought I'd share one that I did myself this week. I was short on time but wanted to get a killer fat burning workout in.

This HIIT cardio workout is something that you can do at home or in the gym in 30 minutes or less!

So cut the excuses and let's get to work girl!

30 Minute HIIT Cardio Workout to Burn Fat!

Run through this circuit 3 times and I promise you'll be sweatin your butt off!

March in Place / 30 Seconds
Lunge Lift / 30 Seconds
March in Place / 30 Seconds
Skiers / 30 Seconds
March in Place / 30 Seconds
Clap Jacks / 30 Seconds

Reverse Lunge 2 Punch / 30 Seconds
March in Place / 30 Seconds
Knee to Elbow / 30 Seconds

I promise you're going to feel incredible and full of energy when you're done with this one! If you're struggling to stay consistent with your workouts, I suggest just taking it one day at a time!
