Your weight loss journey can be stressful, frustrating, and confusing. There are so many articles about the right way to lose weight or the perfect diet that promises you weight loss results.
Reading all of these articles and posts can leave you feeling hopeless. Hope is what I want to give you toady. I want to share with you encouragement with 3 things to focus on to aid in weight loss that will also increase your energy and decrease your bloat!
Nope, it's not a diet. These tips aren't trends. They are real tips that you can easily apply to your life starting today and use them FOREVER to continue seeing incredible health results!

When the body is not properly hydrated, it can't function properly to shed weight. A dehydrated body will also have a hard time having natural energy, digesting, and detoxing properly. I would suggest making it a goal to at least drink your body weight in ounces as well as adding in food to your nutrition that have a higher water content as well. This will help you hydrate even more. Foods such as melons, berries, cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, the list goes on! Meals that are great for hydration are fruit and vegetable smoothies, salads, nourish bowls, and soups!
2. LESS meat MORE fruits and vegetables
I want to start off by stating I am not saying don't eat meat, just less of it. If you look at an American standard plate, its filled with mostly with meat and a tiny side of vegetables or grains. This way of eating has. been known to cause weight gain.
3. MORE whole foods LESS processed foods
Fast food has become the normal. Junk food has become so convenient that it's all people eat. Because it's fast and convenient, it's most likely pumped with chemicals, hormones, antibiotics, preservatives, and even food color that's banned in other countries. These foods are known to cause weight gain, digestive issues, fatigue, brain fog, and so much more. Replacing these with whole foods will improve your health greatly! It doesn't have to be hard. It actually gets to be super simple!
