Give Me the Fall Smells!

When you think of fall, what comes to mind? I bet one thing you thought of is all the amazing scents fall has to offer. I used to go out and buy ALL the fall candles from Marshals and Home Goods! Are you the same way?!
 
When my health started to go down hill, one main contributor to my health issues was a high toxicity load. I never even thought or knew about all the toxins in candles. When I read how damaging they are to our bodies and what they do to the air quality of our home, there was no way I was using anymore candles in my house. Here is a little bit of what I found in my research...

There is way more to the story, but you get the main idea - toxins aren't good for our health. I was pretty upset to learn all off this I'm not going to lie! I had no idea how I was going to make my house smell like fall heaven without them!
 
Insert essential oils. Simply put, essential oils are oils from the plant they were extracted from. For an example, lavender oil is the oil extracted from a lavender plant. From nature, from the beautiful plants God created, and pure.
